Pilates had always looked interesting to me so I decided to try Theresa's class. I was never one to make time to work out, and after a cardio kickboxing class I decided instructed exercise was not my thing. After one hour of pilates instruction with Theresa I was hooked. I thoroughly enjoyed taking Pilates classes taught by Theresa. I had never taken Pilates classes previously and throughout my four months in her class I saw vast improvements within my body.
